Deandre joins the Mountaineers from Albany, N.Y., where he attended CBA High School. In his senior year he averaged 18 points, 5 assists, and 11 rebounds a game. He was the M.V.P. of the team and was named an All 1st-Team All-star. Deandre also was a part of the Section 2 Championship in 05-06 as well as a Regional Championship. He is majoring in Sports Management and will pursue a career in athletics after Southern Vermont. He is the son of Troy Kennedy and Melva Ebron.
