      <description>BENNINGTON, Vt. - Southern Vermont College Student-Athlete junior second baseman David Gage of the Mountaineers baseball squad was recently named to the Winter/Spring NECC Academic All-Conference. To be eligible a student-athlete must post a minimum grade point average of 3.40 on a scale of 4.00 and must be a junior or higher in class standings.</description>
