Southern Vermont College is now accepting applications for the position of assistant baseball coach.
This is a part time opportunity that requires an extensive playing or coaching background, with a thorough knowledge of hitting and infield and/or outfield.
Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in planning and running of daily practices and games, travel, fundraising, recruiting, equipment, uniforms, and field maintenance.
Successful candidates must be able to throw batting practice and hit fungoes.
Candidates must also be able to follow and abide by all NCAA Division III regulations and have a strong desire to be a part of a solid and cohesive coaching staff with a desire to succeed at the highest levels.
Additional income may be available through planning and running of camps and clinics.
